百利科技1月9日公告，公司于1月9日与山西特瓦时能源科技股份有限公司（简称“山西特瓦时”）签订了《山西特瓦时能源科技股份有限公司年产10万吨磷酸锰铁锂正极材料项目设计、采购、施工工程总承包EPC合同》。合同总价为8.38亿元，占公司最近一年经审计营业收入的26.04%。
