新京报贝壳财经讯 12月18日，快手发布公告称，作为今年5月22日发布的40亿港币回购计划的一部分，公司将于今年12月19日起至明年5月24日在公开市场自动回购公司股票，总金额不超过25亿港币。此前，联交所发布了《有关代表上市发行人进行自动股份购回计划的指引》，根据该指引，符合条件的上市公司可在限制期内于联交所回购股份。
