财联社12月16日电，从上海市房地产交易中心网站获悉，在上海宣布优化住房信贷政策并调整普通住房标准后的新政实施首日（12月15日），二手房成交套数662套。上海链家研究院的监控数据显示，11月份上海全市共成交二手房1.41万套，日均成交约470套。以此为基准计算，上海12月15日二手房成交套数较11月日平均水平高出约40%。 (上证报)
