中华人民共和国农业农村部公告 第734号
为加强动物诊疗活动管理，根据《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》、《动物诊疗机构管理办法》、《执业兽医和乡村兽医管理办法》，我部制定了《动物诊疗病历管理规范》，并对2016年出台的《兽医处方格式及应用规范》进行了修订，现予公布，自2024年5月1日起执行。农业部2016年10月8日公布的《兽医处方格式及应用规范》同时废止。
