法国兴业银行12月7日发布声明称，同意将布基纳法索和莫桑比克业务部门的多数股权出售给Vista Group。交易预计将于明年完成，但需得到监管部门批准。
法国兴业银行正与顾问合作，寻求出售其证券服务部门（SGSS）、设备融资业务以及德国消费金融业务Hanseatic Bank。
