近日，有网友发现肯德基开始收取打包费。根据网友截图显示，页面上出现了“打包费”的字样，费用显示为2元。记者询问了肯德基官方客服，对方表示为了保障外送产品的品质，会安排专人打包，并酌情收取一些打包费，目前正在逐步的推行。具体价格或是否收取需要以餐厅页面显示为准。
