观点网讯：12月1日，深圳市房地产信息平台显示，2023年11月，深圳市二手商品房成交38.28万平方米（4024套），同比上升1.06%。其中二手商品住宅成交30.7万平方米（3133套），同比增加0.86%。
此外，2023年11月，深圳市二手办公物业成交1.91万平方米（154套），二手商业物业成交3.25万平方米（468套）。
