近日，常州经开区一女子疑因“一次性告知”不到位，在政务大厅怒怼工作人员的视频引发网友关注。现场视频显示，在一办事大厅内，一名女子突然将手中的材料摔到了办事柜台上，并称已经根据条件将所有的材料带过来了，“但一会跟我说要身份证，为什么不早说呢？”
