11月13日，根据FIBA国际篮联消息，2024巴黎奥运会女篮资格赛赛程更新。美洲区预选赛第二名波多黎各队进入中国赛区，与中国女篮同组。
按照赛程安排，中国女篮所在小组比赛将在陕西西安举行，巴黎奥运东道主法国队之外的小组前两名将获得奥运参赛资格。
具体赛程如下：
2024年2月8日 中国vs新西兰
2024年2月10日 法国vs中国
2024年2月11日 波多黎各vs中国
