近日，潢川汪师傅鱼丸亮相郑州信阳美食食材展，为郑州市民呈现一道养生信阳菜。汪师傅鱼丸选用生态花鲢制丸，劲道有弹性，入口爽滑，营养丰富。2022年，汪师傅鱼丸制作技艺被认定为信阳市第六批市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目。
