格隆汇9月25日丨迈为股份(300751.SZ)于2023年9月22日进行路演活动，就“公司铜电镀是否有进展？”，公司回复称，公司正在进行铜电镀整线装备的研制，包括核心环节的PVD镀种子层设备、图形化设备等。预计，公司铜电镀整线设备年底之前会搬入客户端工厂进行中试。
