财联社9月17日电，希腊总理米佐塔基斯9月16日宣布，将再投入3亿欧元应对气候变化影响，使特别基金总额达到6亿欧元，并承认该国正面临“一场和平时期的战争”。截至当地时间16日，希腊中部暴雨和洪灾死亡人数升至17人。米佐塔基斯称：“在两周时间里，我们经历了本国史上最严重的野火和洪水，气候危机已经到来。”
