《科创板日报》10日讯，在今日开幕的2023全球创业投资大会上，万科集团创始人、董事会名誉主席、深石集团创始人王石表示，为实现双碳目标，中国未来几年需新增120亿-400亿规模投资，碳中和经济时代已经到来。未来房地产行业需要两次转型，一是服务化转型，二是碳中和转型。（记者 田箫）
