9月5日讯，中国证券报记者调研发现，当前，部分银行存在业务人员在客户未知情的情况下，私自为客户开立个人养老金账户，或者隐藏部分信息诱导客户开通账户，从而引发客户投诉的情况。业内人士指出，银行应完善内部风控体系，拓宽消费者维权渠道等，维护金融消费者的合法权益。（中国证券网）
