8月16日，辽宁沈阳。恒大名都小区墙体脱落砸毁7辆轿车，引发关注。业主赵先生称：昨天下了雨，在家里突然听见一声巨响，小区楼外的墙皮脱落，直接砸毁了7辆轿车，幸运的是无人受伤。小区之前也发生过这种情况，楼龄也就十年左右。目前，业主们还在和物业沟通，损毁的汽车走保险了。
