远洋集团8月14日在港交所公告，应发行人要求，因并未于2023年8月13日（即有关利息付款的14日宽限期的最后一日）或之前支付票据于2023年1月30日（包括该日）至2023年7月30日（不包括该日）的利息期间的利息(2094万美元)而导致发生票据项下之违约事件，故票据将自2023年8月14日上午9时正起于港交所停牌，直至作出进一步通知。
