甘肃临夏永靖县气象台2023年08月10日17时36分将暴雨黄色预警信号升级为暴雨红色预警信号：监测显示，永靖县关山乡30分钟降水量41.8毫米，预计未来3小时永靖县关山乡等部分乡镇降水量将达100毫米以上，局地小时降水量50毫米以上，诱发山洪、滑坡、塌方等灾害的风险高，请注意防范。
