8月8日消息，据外媒报道，印度移动支付平台Paytm创始人兼首席执行官Vijay Shekhar Sharma近日已与蚂蚁集团达成协议，将从蚂蚁集团旗下的一家控股公司收购Paytm10.3%的股份，总价为6.28亿美元。交易完成后，Sharma在公司的持股比例将增至19.42%，蚂蚁集团持股比例降至13.5%，不再是Paytm的第一大股东。
