新京报贝壳财经讯 8月3日，郑州市住房保障和房地产管理局等八部门印发通知。通知提到，实施多子女家庭购房补贴政策。符合国家生育政策生育二孩、三孩且子女未成年的家庭，凡即日起至2023年12月31日期间在郑购买新建商品住房并完成契税缴纳的（以购房合同网签时间为准），由开发区、区县（市）财政一次性给予二孩家庭2万元、三孩家庭3万元货币补贴。
