局部暴雨！明起，台风“杜苏芮”影响淮安！
淮安市气象台7月28日6时发布台风消息：受今年第5号台风（超强台风级别）“杜苏芮”影响，预计29日至30日我市大部分地区将有大雨，局部地区暴雨；陆上风力5～7级，河湖水面8～9级。请有关方面注意。
