济南195户启动征收，省立三院扩建即将签约。
刚刚，济南发布省立三院扩建项目房屋征收决定，评估结果公示满次日起30天进行签约。
据悉，项目征收范围东至省立三院北院区，西至翡翠郡小区，南至无影山中路，北至翡翠郡小区，涉及住宅195户，总建面12314.18平。
房屋征收后，可选择货币补偿或产权调换，产权调换房屋为天桥区标山片区二期328套房屋。
