近日，有网友反映称，在吉林市昌邑万达广场的地下停车场，停车时间未满整小时，也要按照整小时进行收费。甚至即使超时了1秒，也需要按照1小时的标准收费，认为这种计费方式很不合理。希望商场计费系统加以改进。
