据《华尔街日报》6月15日报道，知情人士称，美联储和美国证券交易委员会正在就硅谷银行倒闭调查高盛。作为该调查的一部分，司法部传唤了高盛。
高盛此前在5月曾公告称，“各政府机构”正在对高盛在硅谷银行注定失败的增资和证券组合销售中所起的作用进行“调查和询问”。
