6月2日，据香港《星岛日报》援引未具名消息来源透露，汇丰银行“加码”按揭借贷的现金回赠，有个案显示，为500万港元门槛的九成按揭贷款，提供高达3%现金回赠，属全港最高，更再度突破2007年有纪录以来新高。消息指出，按揭成数愈高，争取更高回赠的议价能力愈高。不过要留意，银行的高成数按揭现金回赠，一般以六成按揭为上限计算，而非九成。
