日前，辽宁省阜新市中级人民法院原院长刘磊（副厅级）涉嫌民事、行政枉法裁判案，执行判决、裁定滥用职权案由辽宁省沈阳市人民检察院侦查终结，移送审查起诉。目前，该案正在进一步办理中。
