2023年5月19日上午10时，广东第一所雷锋小学在清远市清新区浸潭镇红星希望小学挂牌。
在校领导的主持下，清远市相关部门与相关的爱心企事业单位、社会组织一道参加了由雷锋杂志社组织的雷锋小学挂牌。
原济南军区副政委黄学禄中将参加了授牌仪式。
