新京报讯 （记者徐倩）5月8日，雅居乐集团控股有限公司（下称“雅居乐”）发布2023年4月份合约销售情况。根据公告，4月单月，雅居乐的预售金额合计为36.8亿元，对应建筑面积为24.7万平方米，平均价为每平方米14872元。
整体来看，今年1-4月份，雅居乐连同合营公司和联营公司的总合约销售金额为204.8亿元，同比下降18.2%；对应建筑面积为136.5万平方米，平均价为每平方米15010元。
