长春市发布机动车停车场最新管理条例，五一开始实施。通知明确指出新建居住小区配套建设停车场，所有停车泊位均应当建设新能源充电设施或者预留建设安装条件。鼓励有条件的单位在满足本单位停车需求的情况下，将专用停车场向社会开放，实行错时停车。
