巴西监狱
巴西有座监狱，对给犯人减刑，有许多奇怪的规定。其中有一条规定是这样的，犯人脚踏自行车发电，时间达到16小时，可以减刑一天；犯人如果觉得踏自行车发电太累，可以选择读书减刑，“读一本书，可以减刑4天，但一年最高只能减刑48天”。
