上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）山东黄金公告，公司拟收购控股子公司山东金洲矿业集团有限公司少数股东持有的36.823%股权，收购价格为39,968.92万元。股权转让完成后，金洲公司成为公司100%持股的全资子公司。
公司同日发布年报。2022年归属于上市公司股东的净利润1,245,858,630.24元，同比扭亏为盈。公司拟向全体股东每10股派现金红利0.70元（含税）。
