3月29日凌晨，@腾讯客服 官方微博发布消息称，由于系统故障，部分用户使用微信支付相关功能出现异常，目前正在紧急修复中。用户资金安全不受影响。故障修复后，相关功能使用将恢复正常。不过，截至发稿前，该微博已删除这条消息。
