上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）华光环能公告，华光环能及控股子公司华光电力物资拟利用自有资金收购协鑫智慧能源等控股及参股的5家热电项目公司部分股权（简称“资产包”），资产包控股项目总计装机规模426MW，参股项目总计装机规模为300MW，预估资产包股权收购价格总计不高于10.19亿元。
