1、打开电脑，打开excel文件，打开事先准备好的excel文档，然后找到并点击单元格选项，找到“公式”功能，点击“公式”功能选项；
2、在其中找到“日期和时间”函数选项，选择“HOUR”函数选项，括号内选择我们需要转化的单元格，再乘以60；
3、在“日期和时间”函数选项页面中继续找到“minute”函数选项，点击“minute”函数选项，将时间中的分钟数提取出来即可。
