2023年四川新茶饮大赛由四川省商务厅、人社厅主办，四川省茶馆协会、成都市茶业工会、成都市茶楼协会牵头承办，组委会办公室负责人张涛现场观摩了上海新饮力新茶饮大赛。
大赛由三个模块组成，一是“原叶茶冲泡”，二是“奶+茶”调饮作品，三是“创意茶饮作品”。
