3月20日，据台湾“中央社”消息，面板厂友达光电董事长彭双浪今天表示，面板市场经过一年半的调整，整体库存回到健康水准，从过去的供过于求，往平衡方向走，预期面板景气在4、5月落底，下半年会比上半年更好。
