2023年3月12日，中国电信(601728.SH)公告，截至2022年底，公司移动用户达到3.91亿户，5G套餐用户渗透率达到68.5%，有线宽带用户数达到1.81亿户。自2022年起宣派中期股息，并将在A股发行上市后三年内，逐步将每年以现金方式分配的利润提升至当年公司股东应占利润的70%以上。
