连日来，在石柱镇一家火腿厂内，上千只火腿正在沐浴阳光，空气中弥漫着肉类的芳香。据了解，火腿要经过腌制、脱水、晒制、发酵等一系列工序才最终完成。其中，仅晒制环节就需要一周。
