集微网消息，2月28日，针对网传凯龙高科成为国内首家掌握重结晶碳化硅技术的企业，凯龙高科证券部工作人员回应称：“消息属实。这个材料应用范围比较广，除了汽车，半导体也可以应用。这个技术是子公司在研究，跟公司主营业务配套。后续产能充足的话，我们也会考虑对外进行销售，目前在公司层面的应用起到催化剂载体的作用。”
