2月16日，新疆生产建设兵团1920个重大项目集中开复工，总投资6445亿元，计划年度完成投资1270亿元。其中投资10亿元以上项目127个，总投资4322亿元，计划年度完成投资543亿元。项目涵盖社会民生、生态环保、商贸物流、基础设施、产业发展等重点领域，将进一步增进民生福祉，提升流通效率，促进绿色低碳发展，构建现代产业体系。
