2023年2月14日，四川省泸州市叙永县向林镇跃龙村4社的茶山上，村民们正在采摘乌牛早茶。
近年来，该镇合理整合项目资金，将昔日3000亩撂荒地重新利用起来，通过修建生产便道、管网、蓄水池等配套基础设施，栽种乌牛早、峨眉问春、黄金芽等近十类经济型优质茶，亩增收约5千元，不仅绿化了山梁子，还鼓足了钱袋子，有效助力乡村振兴。
