为加快淮安市重大项目建设，推动高质量发展，市资规局强化自然资源要素保障，优化项目审批服务效能，目前，淮安市省市重大产业项目已完成用地保障315个，保障率达79%。该局将继续用足用好部、省用地保障政策，统筹配置使用各类计划指标，加快其余项目的用地保障，确保2023年度省市重大产业项目用地需求“应保尽保”、“应供尽供”。
