智通财经APP讯，亚洲实业集团(01737)发布公告，于2023年2月10日，公司间接全资附属公司亚洲实业(香港)与栢锐订立保安服务框架协议，以替代现有保安服务框架协议。
根据保安服务框架协议，栢锐同意不时向集团提供保安服务。截至2023、2024及2025年3月31日止年度的建议年度上限分别为900万港元。
