乐居财经 彦杰 2月1日消息，建设银行公告，因工作调动，张敏已向中国建设银行股份有限公司（以下简称“本行”）董事会提出辞呈，辞去本行副行长的职务。
据悉，张敏于1988年9月至1992年7月在华东工学院会计学专业本科学习，1996年7月毕业于陕西财经学院会计学专业，获经济学硕士学位；2013年7月毕业于西安交通大学应用经济学专业，获经济学博士学位。高级会计师。
