河北省饶阳县是京津冀蔬菜主产区之一，眼下正值当地设施蔬菜管理的关键时期，很多处于冬闲的农民，就做起了农事“钟点工”。
据统计，春节期间饶阳县共活跃着近千名农事“钟点工”。
