为满足老年人个性化、多元化、大众化的居家养老服务需求，聚焦群众“急难愁盼”问题，镇沅县民政局通过“政府补贴、机构服务、社会参与、老人受益”模式，率先在镇沅县中医医院启动运营“老年幸福食堂”，让60岁以上老年人在看病、住院期间就能免费吃到热气腾腾的饭菜，安享“舌尖上”的幸福晚年。
