上证报中国证券网讯（记者 温婷）天眼查App显示，近日，北京原点数安科技有限公司（以下简称“原点安全”）发生工商变更，新增广西腾讯创业投资有限公司为股东。同时，公司注册资本由约890.56万元增至约1033.05万元，增幅16%。
公开资料显示，原点安全是一家企业级云数据安全（Cloud Data Security）产品服务提供商。公司成立于2020年6月，法定代表人为梁志勇，经营范围含人工智能、网络信息、通信领域内的技术开发、计算机系统服务、软件开发等。
