据观点新媒体了解，该期债券为一般债券，债券期限10年，规模14亿元，发行利率2.93%，边际倍数2.56倍，倍数预期2.26。
根据厦门市2023年第一季度地方债发行计划，厦门1月份计划新增债券合计192亿元，其中一般债券14亿元，专项债券178亿元。
