中证网讯（记者 石诗语）1月6日，中国银保监会官网显示，九江银保监分局对九江农村商业银行开出罚单，罚款金额135万元，主要违法违规事实（案由）为：二手房贷款管理不到位、信贷资金违规流入房地产领域、贷前调查不到位、向建筑施工企业发放流动资金贷款为房地产项目垫资。
