集微网消息，豪威近日在 CES 中正式推出其新款图像传感器 OV50H，面向高端智能手机市场。
OV50H 采用 1.2μm 像素尺寸，50MP 分辨率，光学格式尺寸达到 1/1.3” 型，支持全分辨率 30fps、12.5MP 模式 120fps 以及 60fps 的 HDR 读出速度。
OV50H 同样支持 DCG HDR 和 stagger HDR。前者支持片上合成并输出 12bit/14bit 的 RAW 文件。而在 DCG HDR 和 stagger HDR 同时启用时可达到超过 100dB 的动态范围（12.5MP 30fps）。
此外，OV50H 还首发了 H/V QPD 对焦技术，支持在同一帧中实现水平和垂直方向的相位检测。
OV50H 样品将在今年 4 月开始对外提供。（校对/武守哲）
