ST明诚1月3日公告，公司收到法院预重整决定书及指定临时管理人决定书。2022 年12月28日，公司债权人天风天睿向武汉中院提出了对公司进行预重整的申请2023年1月3日，武汉中院决定对公司启动预重整程序。武汉中院指定公司清算组担任公司预重整期间的临时管理人，组织开展预重整指导工作。
